Cobi holds a master's degree in Materials Science from Imperial College London, including a research project on modelling deformation in titanium and copper alloys. Following graduation he worked for six years as an engineer in the battery testing team at Jaguar Land Rover applying machine learning methods to develop battery models for electrified vehicles.
His research project explores machine learning approaches for quantitative and qualitative defect analysis in semiconductors using hyper-spectral cathodo-luminescence.
