Benjamin graduated from the University of Oxford in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Engineering Science (MEng). His master’s research investigated the influence of femtosecond laser surface texturing on the high-cycle fatigue performance of welded stainless steel (1.4404).
Under the supervision of Prof Emilio Martinez Paneda, Benjamin's current research focuses on developing computational models to accurately predict hydrogen-assisted fatigue behaviour.
